Community Guidelines

ChurchAtlas exists to help believers find one another. That only works if this stays a place of trust, honesty, and care. These guidelines apply to everyone — churches, leaders, and people searching for community.

Treat everyone with dignity
Speak to and about others the way you'd want to be treated. No harassment, threats, hateful or demeaning language, or personal attacks — toward anyone, of any background or belief. Disagreement is fine; cruelty is not.
Be honest and accurate
List only real churches and gatherings you're authorized to represent. Keep your details current — times, locations, and contacts. Don't impersonate a church, leader, or another person, and don't post misleading information.
Respect privacy
Use the contact details and personal information you find here only for genuine, respectful connection. Don't collect, share, or publish someone else's private information without their consent, and don't use messages or requests to spam or harass.
Protect the vulnerable
Some gatherings are women-only, men-only, or otherwise restricted so people can gather safely. Never misrepresent yourself to access a space that isn't meant for you. Take special care around anyone who may be vulnerable, and never use ChurchAtlas to exploit, deceive, or endanger another person.
Keep it on purpose
ChurchAtlas is for connecting people with Christian community grounded in the historic faith. Don't use it to sell products or services, recruit for unrelated causes, run scams, or post content that's unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, or off-mission.
Meet wisely
When meeting someone new, use good judgment. Public or established church settings are safest, let someone know where you're going, and trust your instincts. ChurchAtlas doesn't screen participants, so your care matters.
Report what's wrong
If you see something that breaks these guidelines — a fake listing, harassment, or unsafe behavior — tell us at christian.gzmn1@gmail.com. We review reports and act on serious violations as quickly as we can.
What happens when guidelines are broken
We may remove content, hide or take down listings, and suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Service. Serious safety concerns may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
